Types of decoration

The price of all Republikas Nams apartments includes full decoration – floor coverings, baseboards, painted walls, interior doors and door handles; in bathrooms, wall and floor tiles, sink, shower or bathtub, pot with pot frame and knob, faucets for sink and shower or bathtub, as well as built-in lighting.

We offer the customer to choose one of three types of decoration. By separate agreement, it is possible to change individual or all finishing elements.

• Visualizations are informative in nature. Materials and equipment that are not listed in the list of included equipment and/or materials are not part of the apartment.
